JLT 3.0 Oil Separator

Multi stage filter system designed to collect the finest of vapors and drop them into the easily removable bottom while allowing clean air to pass through to the intake.
During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors, intake tube, intake manifold runners and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens on all engines and is even worse with forced inducted vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased.
To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O ring seal to prevent any leaks. We took this unit a step further and added a metal mesh filter to the intake side that collects the vapors, allowing them to grow into larger oil droplets and drains back into the tank. The tank holds 3 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every 3500-4000 miles and you will never come close to filling it.
This is a BASE KIT for you to build yourself. Please note, we have many plug and play kits so be sure to check if we have a set up specific for your vehicle. If we do not, this base kit is an option for you to get and build yourself.

We do not know what hose or fittings you will need to make it work on your supercharged Bullitt, turbo charged GT500 or any other combo but include the brackets and fittings to give you a variety to choose from. You will need to get your own hose, fittings (if the ones included do not work with your set up), and hardware to mount bracket to your vehicle (if applicable).

A ProCharger install on my '07 Mustang GT made access to my old (but working perfectly) separator extremely awkward for emptying. I wanted to relocate the separator on the driver side inner fender and the Base kit was the perfect solution. After ordering the high quality kit, all I had to source on my own was 1/2" ID PCV hose and decide how I wanted to mount the new 3.0. The flexibility of having two different brackets and multiple fittings made it a breeze! It was perfect for my application and I highly recommend it if you have a custom install planned!
