With all the talk of a "new normal", the 2020 race season has been anything but that. But NMRA/NMCA allowed racers to socially distance themselves from one another at Gateway in Madison, IL (St. Louis metro) last weekend.
The competition was as fierce as expected with featured Ford vs GM battles waged all weekend and some Mopar action to top it all off.
On the NMRA ladder, Team JLT Performance once again dominated with top 2 finishes in three highly contested categories.
In Limited Street, Samantha Moore posted low ET and qualified #1 in her Coyote. She was edged out in the final but took the Runner-Up spot in this tough group.
John Leslie, Jr. had it all together as he tagged Top MPH in qualifying and took the #2 slot in Factory Stock.
In Coyote Stock, Nate Stymiest reached for the sky and blasted to both Top ET and Top MPH in qualifying but came up just short of the win and took the Runner-Up honors.
At the end of the day, it was Frank Paultanis that held the hardware and the check in the Winner's Circle in Coyote Stock.
Congratulations to all of our JLT Performance sponsored racers for a great weekend of competition and thank you for being such awesome representatives for our Team.
