JLT 3.0 Oil Separator

OEM Style quick connect PCV fittings
Multi stage filter system designed to collect the finest of vapors and drop them into the easily removable bottom while allowing clean air to pass through to the intake.
Easy Plug & Play installation (see Instructions tab to download).
How does it work?
During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors can gather/accumulate in your intake tube, intake manifold runners and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens in all engines and is even worse with forced inducted vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased. To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O-ring seal to prevent any leaks.
Filtering consists of a fine mesh stainless steel screen that traps fine oil vapors and releases them once heavy enough to fall. They then pass through a 1/2" thick 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter where they grow even larger and then fall into the bottom. By the time the oil gets through the filter it's too heavy to be passed on into the intake. The tank holds 3 oz of fluid, while that may not sound like a lot, you shouldn’t see that much oil in your PCV system. Drain it every 2000-3000 miles and you will never come close to filling it.
Our kits are easy install, service and flat out work! Many kits use OEM hoses or come complete with all hoses, custom brackets and hardware for an OEM look. Retain stock hose if you ever return to stock.

Install was quick and easy. Seems to work just fine. No check engine light or change in power.
Catch can fit great & installed within 5mins. Looks clean. Would order from Jay again.
As always with JLT products, it is great quality, fit was excellent, easy directions to follow for install and it's just plain satisfying to throw away that dirty oil knowing that it didn't make it back into my Raptor's intake!
Very well built product, and installation couldn't be easier due to it having OEM style connectors. Be aware that this will fit on F150s that have the Boss 302R manifold kit like mine does. The hoses are plently long enough to reach where they need to go even with the larger manifold installed.
Great quality and super fast shipping. This product was very easy to install and only take about 10 minutes. The hardest part of the install was removing and reinstalling the factory engine cover.
Price point on this makes it a great deal for the added protection. Highly recommend.
Install was a breeze. Having a slightly different installation bracket where in the oil separator mounts slightly higher (+/- 3") would allow for much smoother maintenance. Does work well regardless.
This part is awesome. I installed it on my 2016 Expedition with the eco-boost. The install was really simple and the instructions were spot on. It took me 15 minutes and that included grabbing the tools. The longest part was putting the engine cover back on. The fit and finish of the can is really well built and feels like it's a quality product.
VERY WELL MADE OF QUALITY MATERIALS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP, EASY TO INSTALL. MADE IN THE U.S.A. 5 STARS.
Installed with slight modification. I had to move a wire loom that was in the way in order to place catch can bracket and can hoses next to firewall nut. Luckily, I just popped out the plastic wire loom fastener and fastened it to a hole to the left. Provided just enough space for catch can and wires to fir in that area. After 2000 miles the can was about 20% full to what appeared to be water, gas and a bit of oil creating the dark color liquid. Checked oil dipstick and did not notice any loss of engine oil.
