Return Policy:

 

We believe in offering the Very Best … Value, Quality, and Service.   You may return unused items for a refund (minus 10% restocking fee) or exchange used items within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Air filters MUST be in original plastic sealed bag.  Custom orders may not be returned unless defective.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns on Used/Installed parts:

Returns on used parts will be accepted within 30 days of the date purchased and will have a 25% repainting/restocking fee.  Used air filters and breathers will not be accepted for return.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail:

  1. Call 757-335-1940 or e-mail info@JLTtruecoldair.com with the return request.
  2. Box the item(s) securely.  A copy of the invoice is required.  Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship the package to JLT Performance Inc. 133 Tilden Ave. Unit C, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
  4. After complete inspection of returned items, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account for the cost of the item (minus 10% restocking or 25% repainting/restocking fee) and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.  

Other Return Information

Special & Custom Order Items:  If an error was made on our part with your order, we will fix it as quick as possible at no charge to you. If an error was made on your part, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund since we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.

Problems With Your Order

An Item Is Missing:  You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment.  If an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
An Item Is Damaged or Defective: Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.  You will be sent a replacement part or refunded for the cost of the item and sales tax if applicable. 

Shipping Policy:

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days (depending on stock) from the date of receipt unless notified otherwise. Please allow 7-14 days for custom orders to be shipped. If we are out of stock of an item, we will notify the customer and provide an approximate ship date.

Generally, orders 2 lbs or over going to addresses within the Continental US will ship via UPS Ground Service or DHL Ground Service.  We will determine the shipping company based on recipients’ location.  Orders 2 lbs or less will ship via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive. 

All orders going to addresses outside the Continental US will ship via USPS.  Additional shipping fees may apply.  Please allow 5-14 days for your shipment to arrive.
